Key Responsibilities
Embroidery Production
Your duties will include:
- Operating computerized embroidery machines efficiently and accurately
- Producing custom monograms and digital embroidery designs
- Loading and adjusting embroidery files using embroidery software
- Preparing fabrics and materials through proper hooping and stabilization
- Monitoring embroidery runs to ensure consistent quality
- Inspecting completed items for accuracy and craftsmanship
- Troubleshooting machine issues such as thread breaks, needle problems, and alignment errors
- Performing routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance
- Tracking production output and inventory usage
- Meeting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
Team and Operations Support
